SCARFS AS UNIQUE ART

Scarfs, called also Shawls or Bandana are one of my favorite themes, perhaps because they are that kind of fashion, which can also be used as wall art decoration, like a traditional painting. So, these art works are decorative in a double sense, for a truly fashionable way of life. It is my wish to create maximally beautiful, enchanting and exceptionally rare fashion, by paying homage to the stunning art of nature. So, there are only some few limited series, because most of my art works are very unique, meaning their design has been created for to be manufactured only once, as a single existing object.

EVOLUTION SERIES

This is my homage to the wasteful wealth of invention of the evolution and its creations that nature, as the creator of the universe and therefore the greatest artist of all time, has produced over millions of years. Using generative AI, I created fabulous hybrid creatures in which the transitions between jellyfish, octopus, fish and bird are fluid.

WAVE SERIES

As a child, I bought an art portfolio with art prints of famous masterpieces, including the famous Wave painting by the great Japanese painter Katsushika Hokusai, which fascinated me the most. I liked the way he depicted the spray of the waves. Since his Japanese wave motif is particularly suitable for a silk scarf, I have quoted it in different variations for this series of works as my reminiscence to the great Japanese artist.
